There are no excuses for exercise.

It is possible for you to stay fit and having good shape even you have no time for fitness or gym. Because with a minute long intense exercise can make your weight and strength stay as they should be. Many studies show the same result that short intense exercise is even better than normal exercise.


However, it is so hard to attempt because you have to push your self to its limit or other wise nothing happens to you. So be careful of your self, try to do warm up before and cool down after workout to avoid injuries that can happen.
