To lose your weight is hard enough for people so there are so many weight loss companies occur in every parts of the world. Here are some tricks that can help you to stay in shape and lose some weight as well. 


1. Exercise is not enough: You may gain more muscle and strength from exercises but you have to know that food is also one main factor that affect your weight as well. To lose fat and gain more muscle, you need to do both exercises and diet.



2. Fat is necessary: Everything have a good side and bad side, so do fat. Try to eat the good one which can get from olive oil, fishes, avocados, nuts, and etc. because these fat can make you feel full. Which cause you to eat less, then get thinner.


3. Milk is not that bad: Many says that you have to cut milk out of your food chain if you want to lose weight. It is so untrue because with the recent study from Harvard University shows that yogurt or low-fat milk product actually can help you lose weight. Moreover, Did you know that most protein supplements are made from milk serum (liquid remaining after milk has been curdled and strained).



4. Everybody love chocolate: Chocolate is actually good for your health but you need to choose dark chocolate instead of Kit-Kat or Sneakers. Dark Chocolate contains lot of antioxidants that can help your body to decline some fat deposits which in the end cause your weight to go down.



5. Keep Moving: Human body have to burn fat to gain energy for moving so if you move more, you can burn more as well. Even just a little movement can support your body to burn more. Don't stop, or you will fat.


6. Pure Air: You may not notice that air pollution can make your body resistant to insulin. This can cause you to have obesity so take some fresh air in the morning can help you to stay away from it.



7. 30 Mins is no good: Exercise for 30 mins a day for 3 days a week is enough for you to have a healthy life. However, if you want to get thinner, you need to do it at least 1 hours a day for 3 days a week.
