Testosterone, natural source of Power.


Testosterone is a steroid hormone that produce within human body and this hormone helps increase muscle, bone mass, growth of body hair, and plays primary role in male reproductive tissue. This hormone is higher in males more than in females (about 6 - 8 times greater), however its level will continuously decrease at the age of 30.

By decreasing this hormone can cause you losing your muscle tissue, bone density, sex drive, and increase a chance of prostate cancer, heart decease. But don't worry, here are some tips to increase this hormone.


1. Keep Claim and Workout
Increase in waist size is another cause for Testosterone declining, so make sure that you have enough exercise and stay firm. When you are too fat (according to your body mass index) your testosterone decline rate can be accelerate for 10 years.

2. Build up your Muscle
Finnish researchers found that people who lifted weight regularly will have about 49% boost in testosterone level.

3. Save your Fat
Even though the fist two tips are about increase your muscle and stay firm, still your body need fat to have highest Testosterone level. So you better consume moremonounsaturated fat such as from fish and nut.

4. Stop Drinking
Okay this one is hard but alcohol can effect your testosterone level, according from Dutch study which said that people who drank moderate amount of alcohol for 3 weeks experienced 7% declining in their testosterone level. Therefore, try to limit your drink to 1 or 2 glasses to avoid dropping in testosterone level.



5. Think Positive
Stress in both physical and mental can cause continuously decrease in Testosterone level. Therefore, try to balance your workout to be hard but not hurt your self.
