Ginger is a herb that have spicy taste and strong scent so many people dislike it. However, it contains several benefits for your better health. Here are some of them:



1. It can heal migraine.
According to study, when you eat ginger when your migraine is about to start can make you feel less pain. The reason is that ginger will help your body to pump up hormone that stop pain. Moreover, people who eat ginger regularly will have less chance to have arthritis.

2. Reduce flatulence.
If you have flatulence or your digest system is not working good, ginger can help you out. Ginger is hot and spicy herb that can stimulate human digesting system.

3. Prevent Cancer.
There is a study shows that ginger can use to destroy cancer cell in ovary because there are natural substance in ginger that increase enzyme Glutathione-S-tranferase which is antioxidant. Moreover, those food supplement that have ginger as ingredient can reduce swell in colon.
