Testosterone, natural source of Power.


Testosterone is a steroid hormone that produce within human body and this hormone helps increase muscle, bone mass, growth of body hair, and plays primary role in male reproductive tissue. This hormone is higher in males more than in females (about 6 - 8 times greater), however its level will continuously decrease at the age of 30.

By decreasing this hormone can cause you losing your muscle tissue, bone density, sex drive, and increase a chance of prostate cancer, heart decease. But don't worry, here are some tips to increase this hormone.


1. Keep Claim and Workout
Increase in waist size is another cause for Testosterone declining, so make sure that you have enough exercise and stay firm. When you are too fat (according to your body mass index) your testosterone decline rate can be accelerate for 10 years.

5. Think Positive
Stress in both physical and mental can cause continuously decrease in Testosterone level. Therefore, try to balance your workout to be hard but not hurt your self.

1. You can lift, but keep it light.
Many of women denied to do weight training because they afraid of gaining unnecessary muscle. Therefore, try not to use the one that have weight more than 1.3 kilograms and ask your trainers or professionals about how often you should do. Because our body mass are not the same which mean that training session will different for everyone. But if you want to be a bodybuilder, please feel free to use the big one and eat protein supplement to increase your muscular and its strength.

2. Equipment for ABs might not good as it should be.
Equipment for abs can help you increase abs muscle however it cannot help you burn fat in that area. Therefore you should do cardio exercise and control your food in each meal together with weight training you can have a slim, strong, sexy body in no time.

9 things you should avoid, if you want to build up your muscle.









If you have know idea why your work out doesn't really work or why is it so hard to have a bigger muscle. There are something that you might ignore it but it is the cause of your problem. By knowing these 9 things and make it right can help you to have a bigger, stronger muscle.


1. Not enough energy.
For those who on your diet, please acknowledge that your diet can cause a slow regeneration of your muscle. Because when you eat, your body will receive energy that transform to Fat and to Muscle. Therefore, if you have not enough energy for your body, it can increase your flab and reduce your muscle mass (because you receive less protein).

2. Your body is not ready to work out.
Even though exercise are good for health as many of you know, but it can give you the opposite out come if you do it too hard or do it without having breakfast. If you workout without any breakfast, your body will draw energy from your muscle (can cause your muscle smaller).

3. Too much exercise
If you workout more than 20 reps with more than 15 times per reps, this will cause muscle pain and reduce your muscle mass.


4. No warm up
Warm up is boring and take times but you have to do it before you workout. Warming up can help your muscle to recover faster and develop faster during your exercise.

5. Don't eat too less
If you don't have any thing in your stomach for 3 hours, your burning session will decrease and cause your body to start storing fat again. So keep eating.

6. Exercise for specific parts
70% of your overall muscle are on your back and legs. So if you want your exercise to show great result, you should start workout in every parts of your body.


7. Monotony
If you have the same workout or exercise for too many times, you will fill up your boring meter and get nothing from it. Then you better plan your workout in order to improve your muscle strength and your muscle mass.

8. No supplement
Supplement is a good source of nutrition which can easily absorbed by your body. Your recovery system can work faster and better when you get enough nutrition but if you wait til your normal meal, it might be too late.

9. No Rest

Easy exercises in 5 mins

Don't believe in the title, I said that this is easy exercises but it is actually hard. The steps that I gonna tell you all are fit for those people who doesn't has enough time to go to fitness. This exercise plan takes about 5 minutes so don't said that you don't have time to exercise.

First, we will start with Clean and Press
Time: 0.00 - 1.00 Minute Target Muscle: Back/Shoulder/Butt/Legs Tools: 2 Kilograms dumbbells
Lets begin with stand with shoulder-width apart and grab dumbbell in both hands. Then lower your dumbbells down (like squat position) and lift them up through your shoulder, hips and go to head. Repeat for 60 seconds.

Continue to second step, Side Lunge and Roll 
Time: 1.00 - 2.00 Minute Target Muscle: Back/Butt/Legs Tools: 2 Kilograms Dumbbells
Come back to stand position with shoulder-width apart and hold dumbbells in both hands. Then step to the right til your knee make 90 degrees with the floor. Also, make sure that the other legs are stretch together with lifting your left elbow up. Come back to start position and do the opposite side, then repeat for 30 secs both sides.


Let's continue with the third steps Pile Squat and Biceps Curl 
Time: 2.00 - 3.00 Minute Target Muscle: Biceps/Butt/Inner Thighs Tools: 2 Kilograms Dumbbells
From the same stance, stand with shoulder-width apart and toe pointed out. Hold dumbbells in both hands and lower yourself down together with lift hands forward to your shoulder. Come back to beginning stance the repeat for another 60 secs.


Forth step, Push Up Plus 
Time: 3.00 - 4.00 Minute Target Muscle: Shoulder/Chest/Back/Abs/Triceps No Tools
Lay down in ready to push up stance then do normal push up. However, when you push yourself up try to stretch your left arm and right leg out. Then switch to right arm and left leg and repeat for 60 seconds.


Last step, The Single Death Lift with Back kick 
Time: 4.00 - 5.00 Minute Target Muscle: Triceps/Back/Legs Tools: 2 Kilograms Dumbbells
Now stand with hip-width apart and hold dumbbells in both hands. Then lean forward together with bend elbows near your ribs. After that lift one of your leg up, then come back to beginning stance and go for another leg. Repeat for 60 secs.



5 steps, 5 minutes so don't say that you don't have time for exercise. Eat moderately and exercise more for your good health and last long life.
