Why we need to exercise at least 30 mins.

          

When we exercise, for the first 15 mins our body will use our primary source of energy (sugar that stock in liver) which is prepared for normal activities. After first 15 mins, our body will notice that the primary source is not enough so it will transmute carbohydrate into sugar for more energy, therefore we can exercise for another 15 mins. Then, the answer for exercise at least 30 mins is that our body can use reserved energy.

Far-Infrared ray Research in Thailand

          In Thailand, there is a research about "Far-Infrared ray" which conducted by Mahidol University. This research is made because it is an ongoing project from "Doi Tung Development Project of Mae Fah Luang foundation under Royal Patronage". This research is about finding benefit of waste that occur from planting macadamia called "Macca Coal", this coal has an ability to spread "Far Infrared Ray".

          This ray is normally called "Bio-Energetic rays" in medical field, and this research use physic knowledge which is "the natural frequency of  water and organic substance is in the same frequency of far infrared ray" as base for study. This frequency is 6-14 micrometer, therefore if we want to vibrate water molecule, we need to use energy that equal to frequency 6.27 micrometer. Then water molecule will be smaller and easier to move, therefore water in our blood vessel can bring waste out of body easier than normal.

          With this effect "Far Infrared ray" is always use in medical treatment such as increase size of blood vessel, relief the swelling of water nourishes in marrow area, and reduce bloat of muscle. Songkran Festival Continue in 16-19 !!?

          Hi fellows, traditional Songkran Festival is passed in Thailand but it is not finished yet. In the East part of Thailand have their own days of Songkran Festival, normally on 16-19 April of every years called "Wan Lai". "Wan Lai" will start in Bangkok and head to Pattaya which you can drop by along the way til you get there. In Pattaya, there will be many activities await for you such as traditional arts show or playing Songkran in beach style.

          Hello everybody, today is the official beginning of Songkran Festival in Thailand (and many countries in South-East Asia), which actually start from 13 - 15 April of every year. Songkran is traditional new year according to Thai calendar system and during this days Thais people will celebrate by  trowing water to each others. Most people still cerebrate in traditional way which is "Rot Nam Dam Hua", to show respect to elders and most of people will go back to their home town. Also, on 14 April of every year we considering it as family day, therefore "Rot Nam Dam Hua" will normally perform in this day.
