5 Reasons to do total body workout.

           Total body workout is one way of exercise that focus on entire body like it's name which is different than normal exercise like running or weight lifting that focus on a part of our body. Here are some benefits that you can get from total body workout:
1. Burn more in less time: In order to do total body workout you need to use multiple muscles and joints all at once which required more energy to perform it.

2. More muscle: Normal exercise that focus on one part of your body isn't enough for your body to grow muscle because you can focus on it for one day per week. However, total body workout can make it to three days a week. It means 3 times more.

3. Higher Strength: Total body workout such as dead lift or squat required you to use most of your effort to perform properly which mean that you have to challenge yourself every time you perform it.

4. Max efficiency: As said before that total body workout used entire of your body to perform so you can get arm, leg, ads, and back exercise at the same time which suitable for those who have less time to exercise.
