1. Change the Way of eating: Stop divided your meal into many small meal, come back to original 3 meals a day with more fruit and veggies which can make your stomach satisfied more.
2. Rest More: One reason that you eat a lot is sleepless because when you lack of sleep at night your body will hunger for carbs and sugar. Moreover, your metabolism will decline if you sleepless.
3. Less stress is good: Stress can stimulate our body to produce Ghrelin Hormone which cause our body to get more food and gather more fat as a reserved power supply.
