Eat less to Live long.

We all know that diet can lead to weight lose and gain less fat but there is one more thing that it can surprise you. There is an evidence that animals can live longer when they eat less, however this still a mysteries on how it works.

The hypothesis of this study is that eat less can decrease a thyroid hormone, triiodothyronine (T3), which then slows metabolism and tissue aging. With this hypothesis, scientists are conducting experiment on both humans and animals, the result of human experiment still unclear because the result showed the decrease of thyroid hormone and fat but it needed more time to prove that T3 is reduce as well.

In contrast, the experiment in animal already showed the result that reduce calories intake by 20 to 40 percent significantly both extends life and, with a little exercise, leaves old animals in better shape. For examples, University of Florida's Institute on Aging showed that if rats eating just 8 percent less and exercising a little more over a lifespan can reduce or even reverse aging-related cell and organ damage. Moreover, there is a 14-year study of 48 Labrador Retrievers found restricting their diets by 25 percent starting at 8 weeks of age extended their lives by an average of 1.8 years.

With these results in both animals and humans we can assume that eat less can possibly make us live longer and healthier but further studies is needed to understand why and how but now we all know that eat less and some exercise can make our body stronger and healthier.

What is Far-Infrared ray and how it affects our body ?

Far-Infrared ray is an invisible heat wave which has wave length around 4 to 1,000 micrometer. This wave length is matched with wave length of water (H2O) molecule which is 6.27 micrometer. Therefore far-infrared ray can cause resonance to water molecule and make it smaller.
Human body is 70% water and 90% of our blood is also water, so when water molecule has less mass and smaller shape they can travel faster and smoother. This lead to more cleaning waste in our tube system and blood cell can deliver oxygen, nutrition to vital organs more than usual.
With this effect far-infrared ray is adapt to medication field such as reduce synovial fluid congested, relief muscle swelling and pain, reduce fat in blood vessel, etc.

Benefits of Anion and Explanation of Anion Benefits

Anion (Negative ion) is an active invisible particle with a negative electrical charge, and its activity (bio energy) becomes the driving force to bring back our lives and our health as it wanders freely in the air.
Electron is an ion with a negative electrical charge. By colliding with oxygen molecules, it turns the oxygen molecules into an ion with a negative electric charge; this is called oxygen anion or just anion.
The ions in the air change according to meteorological conditions.

When a cold front and a low pressure passes through, positive ions increase. As a  result, it has been documented that the possibility of outbreak of neuralgia, asthma and apoplexy is high due to the decrease in anions and increase of positive ions within the human body.

We feel refreshed strolling in forests, around falls or beaches with big waves, and the reason are derived from anions. In the stable atmospheric state, the ratio of anions and positive ions are about 1:2. In general, positive ions are distributed in polluted areas and anions are distributed in clean nature.
If we breathe in anions, it promotes our cells' metabolism and increases vitality, cleans blood and is effective for stability of nerves, exhaustion recovery, and improvement of appetite. Therefore, an anion is even called the vitamin of the air.

5 Major Actions of Anion

1  Purification of Blood
Anions increase the top five factors of blood (nitrogen, oxygen, calcium, sodium and potassium) and make our blood become slightly alkali, and thus purify our blood.

2  Restoration of Body Cells
Our body consists of about 6 trillion cells, and if our body has blood with a great number of anions (alkali attributes), the movement of cells is active and anions help supply nutrition within our cells and discharge waste materials.

With these actions, sick cells and dead cells are restored, and calcium increases, and the increased calcium makes the movement of muscles more active, especially cardiac muscles, resulting in a strong heart.

3  Stronger Body Immune System
Gamma globulin is a kind of protein contained in serum, and is an immunizing antibody.
When anions increase within the human body, the amount of gamma globulin in the blood also increases. Therefore, it helps maintain ahealthful body by increasing the resistance power against infection of viruseswith an increase of antibodies.

4  Adjustment Ability of Autonomic Nerves
Autonomic nerves control all the organs automatically, regardless of a person’s will.
The quantity of anions controls the autonomous nervous system, such as blood and organs in which the state or feeling of human's body are favorable. Hence, anions vitalize the nervous system, blood and lymph, and play a critical role to strengthen weakened functions and provide vitality.

5  Pain Relief
Anions increase ionized calcium, generate endorphins and enkephalins and thus help recovery from fatigue and strengthen physical strength, as well as make the cells in the human body with severe pain healthy again, circulate blood well, and relieve pain.

Biomedical Engineering Study Demonstrates the Healing Value of Magnets

Jan. 2, 2008 — Magnets have been touted for their healing properties since ancient Greece.  Magnetic therapy is still widely used today as an alternative method for treating a number of conditions, from arthritis to depression, but there hasn't been scientific proof that magnets can heal.
Lack of regulation and widespread public acceptance have turned magnetic therapy into a $5 billion world market.  Hopeful consumers buy bracelets, knee braces, shoe inserts, mattresses, and other products that are embedded with magnets based on anecdotal evidence, hoping for a non-invasive and drug-free cure to what ails them.
“The FDA regulates specific claims of medical efficacy, but in general static magnetic fields are viewed as safe,” notes Thomas Skalak, professor and chair of biomedical engineering at U.Va.
Skalak has been carefully studying magnets for a number of years in order to develop real scientific evidence about the effectiveness of magnetic therapy.
Skalak’s lab leads the field in the area of microcirculation research—the study of blood flow through the body’s tiniest blood vessels.  With a five-year, $875,000 grant from the National Institutes of Health’s National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Skalak and Cassandra Morris, former Ph.D. student in biomedical engineering, set out to investigate the effect of magnetic therapy on microcirculation.  Initially, they sought to examine a major claim made by companies that sell magnets: that magnets increase blood flow.
The researchers first found evidence to support this claim through research with laboratory rats.  In their initial study, magnets of 70 milliTesla (mT) field strength—about 10 times the strength of the common refrigerator variety—were placed near the rat’s blood vessels.  Quantitative measurements of blood vessel diameter were taken both before and after exposure to the static magnetic fields—the force created by the magnets.  Morris and Skalak found that the force had a significant effect: the vessels that had been dilated constricted, and the constricted vessels dilated, implying that the magnetic field could induce vessel relaxation in tissues with constrained blood supply, ultimately increasing blood flow.
Dilation of blood vessels is often a major cause of swelling at sites of trauma to soft tissues such as muscles or ligaments.  The prior results on vessel constriction led Morris and Skalak to look closer at whether magnets, by limiting blood flow in such cases, would also reduce swelling.  Their most recent research, published in the November 2007 issue of the American Journal of Physiology, yielded affirmative results.

In this study, the hind paws of anesthetized rats were treated with inflammatory agents in order to simulate tissue injury.  Magnetic therapy was then applied to the paws.  The research results indicate that magnets can significantly reduce swelling if applied immediately after tissue trauma.
Since muscle bruising and joint sprains are the most common injuries worldwide, this discovery has significant implications.  “If an injury doesn’t swell, it will heal faster—and the person will experience less pain and better mobility,” says Skalak.  This means that magnets could be used much the way ice packs and compression are now used for everyday sprains, bumps, and bruises, but with more beneficial results.  The ready availability and low cost of this treatment could produce huge gains in worker productivity and quality of life.
Skalak envisions the magnets being particularly useful to high school, college, and professional sports teams, as well as school nurses and retirement communities. He has plans to continue testing the effectiveness of magnets through clinical trials and testing in elite athletes.  A key to the success of magnetic therapy for tissue swelling is careful engineering of the proper field strength at the tissue location, a challenge in which most currently available commercial magnet systems fall short.  The new research should allow Skalak’s biomedical engineering group to design field strengths that provide real benefit for specific injuries and parts of the body.
“We now hope to implement a series of steps, including private investment partners and eventually a major corporate partner, to realize these very widespread applications that will make a positive difference for human health,” says Skalak.

Benefit of Magnotherapy (Magnet Therapy)

Good day everyone, I have good news for you. First thing, British scientists invented a medical device that can cure migraine by using magnet power. However, this device need more researches and more information because this device isn't working in some participants. Migraine can be relieved by using analgesic drug but there is no way to completely neutralize this decease. This device will deliver magnetic wave directly through participants brain, 40% of 164 test subjects are relieved from headache and others are feeling better.

Second news, American Psychiatric Association had report about major depressive disorder treatment by using only magnotherapy. Researchers from California University shot magnetic wave to skull of test subject to stimulate brain cell to be more active. 58% of hundreds participants feel better and 1 of 3 are more restful.

Last news,  Ph.D Thomas C. Skalak from University of Virginia studied that magnetic field can increase the size of micro-circulation (small blood vessel) and can lead to soft tissues pain recovery (muscle and ligament pain). He studies by using 70 millitesla magnet attached to lab rats and found the relief in muscle and rat's blood vessel is increased.

Truly last news, BH.PLUS product has at least 900 gauss or 90 millitesla per pieces so no wonder if your micro-circulation will increased and your blood circulation is improved. Check out now at our STORE.

Far-Infrared ray Research in Thailand

In Thailand, there is a research about "Far-Infrared ray" which conducted by Mahidol University. This research is made because it is an ongoing project from "Doi Tung Development Project of Mae Fah Luang foundation under Royal Patronage". This research is about finding benefit of waste that occur from planting macadamia called "Macca Coal", this coal has an ability to spread "Far Infrared Ray".

This ray is normally called "Bio-Energetic rays" in medical field, and this research use physic knowledge which is "the natural frequency of  water and organic substance is in the same frequency of far infrared ray" as base for study. This frequency is 6-14 micrometer, therefore if we want to vibrate water molecule, we need to use energy that equal to frequency 6.27 micrometer. Then water molecule will be smaller and easier to move, therefore water in our blood vessel can bring waste out of body easier than normal.

With this effect "Far Infrared ray" is always use in medical treatment such as increase size of blood vessel, relief the swelling of water nourishes in marrow area, and reduce bloat of muscle. In the end, Macca Coal used by integrate this coal in cloth and support product to use it's benefit.
