After a work out



    Most of the times you will feel 
    exhaust and have muscle pain after your work out session. This is a good feeling because it means that you actually "work out" and here are some tips for you to help you refreshing after work out.

    1. Reduce the heat.

             After finish exercise, most of you forget or ignore the cool down steps which is worse for your body because without it your whole muscle will suddenly stop and can cause you blackout and haemorrhage.
There fore you should cool down your body after exercise for about 5 minutes to avoid this incident.


2. Stretching.


          Stretching can help your joint and muscle to elongate further which prevent the damage that can happen to your muscle or joint. Anyway this method need to do with gentle and it should be done for 10-12 minutes for the best outcome.


    3. Resting.

              When you finish your exercise, you should sit still for 30 minutes in order to naturally regain strength again. Sometimes stay still is the easiest way to regain strength and let you body repair itself.


    4. Drink Water.

              For an average, 1 hour exercise can cause your body to lose water for about 237 ml. so you should drink water about 1 bottle (600 ml.) after exercise to increase repairing system.

    5. Eat more protein and carbohydrate.

              After exercise (not more than 2 hours), you should eat lots of protein and carbohydrate for saving your muscle mass. This are easy good sources of protein and carbohydrate; eggs, nuts, low fat chocolate, dried fruit, salmon, pine-apple, Kiwi.
